This User Agreement hereinafter referred to as the Agreement is formulated to standardize the usage rules of Vesora application, clarify the usage rights and behavioral norms of all users, and regulate the service provision mode of the local AI visual creation tool. This Agreement applies to all behaviors of users accessing, browsing and using all functional services of Vesora. Opening and using the application means that the user fully reads, understands and voluntarily accepts all terms of this Agreement.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data.
All visual creation functions of Vesora run relying on local device computing resources and local AI algorithms. All user operation data, portrait materials and creation works are processed and stored locally in a closed loop. No user facial data will be acquired, reserved or transmitted in any service link.
Vesora is a lightweight mobile local AI visual creation tool oriented to individual users and lightweight creators. The application provides two core creation functions including local AI text generation of photorealistic portrait posters and local AI photo conversion of short videos. Users can complete high-quality visual creation through template selection, text description input and parameter fine-tuning. All creation tasks are completed by local AI programs without external network participation. The whole service process realizes local independent operation, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Vesora adopts a permanent account free usage mode. Users do not need to complete registration, login, real-name verification or personal information binding. All core creation functions, preview functions, export functions and sharing functions can be used directly after opening the application. The whole usage process is autonomous and private. Without any account related information interaction, the application has no access to user private content and does not collect any facial data.
All services provided by Vesora are limited to users' personal non-commercial creation and entertainment use. Users can independently generate portrait posters and dynamic short videos for personal social display, personal collection and personal aesthetic creation. Any commercial use, secondary packaging and profit-making dissemination of application creation functions and works are not allowed. Within the personal service scope, all user data is processed locally, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Users have full independent control rights over all operation behaviors and creation content in Vesora. Users can freely select creative styles, adjust composition, lighting and detail parameters, replace imported photo materials, generate visual works, preview local works, export files and share content. All operation decisions are completely independent of users. All operation behaviors and generated content are only stored on the user's local device, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
When using Vesora's local AI creation services, users shall abide by public order and good customs and standardized usage norms. Users are prohibited from using the application to create inappropriate, offensive, illegal and infringing visual works. Users are prohibited from tampering with local application programs, modifying local AI algorithm files, and using abnormal means to interfere with normal service operation. All non-compliant usage behaviors shall be borne by users themselves. The application always maintains local processing characteristics and does not collect any facial data regardless of user usage behaviors.
All data generation, calculation, rendering and storage of Vesora are completed in the local device environment of users. The application does not set up any external data transmission channel. All text description content, style parameter settings, imported photo materials, generated posters and video works only exist in the user's local private file directory. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data.
Users have the ultimate management right of all local data generated by Vesora. Users can browse and sort local creation works through the built-in work library of the application at any time. Users can actively delete single creation files or clear all local creation records and cache data. After the user actively deletes the data, all corresponding content will be completely cleared without any residual backup. All facial information contained in user creation content is completely managed by users, and the application does not collect any facial data.
Vesora adopts a pure local operation mode to avoid external leakage risks of user data. Users shall be responsible for the security of their own device environment and local creation data. Users shall avoid unauthorized personnel from accessing their local device and viewing local creation works. The application does not collect or store any user facial data, so there is no risk of facial data leakage caused by the application.
Vesora provides a flexible local gold coin consumption mechanism for users to unlock high-quality creation parameters and exclusive template resources. All gold coin acquisition, deduction and consumption records are only stored in the local device data directory. The application only completes local data verification and record display, and will not obtain any user payment information and private content. The gold coin consumption service runs locally throughout the whole process, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Vesora Pro is a paid value-added subscription service of the application. Users can activate exclusive creation privileges through official payment channels. All subscription privilege verification and function unlocking are completed through local program identification. The activation of paid privileges will not change the local AI operation mode and local data processing rules of the application. The opening and use of subscription privileges do not involve any facial data collection behavior, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
All paid subscription privileges and gold coin exclusive rights are limited to the user's personal local use. Users are prohibited from transferring, reselling, leasing or gifting paid privileges to third parties. Any unauthorized commercial trading of paid rights is invalid. The verification of paid privileges only relies on local data records, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
All intellectual property rights of Vesora including local AI algorithm framework, application interface design, style template resources, functional layout and program code are legally protected. Users are only granted personal limited usage rights during the use of the application. No individual or organization may copy, decompile, modify, crack or commercially use the core resources of the application without authorization.
All visual works independently created by users through Vesora's local AI functions belong to the users themselves. Users can freely preview, export, save and share personal creation works for non-commercial purposes. The application does not occupy any ownership and usage right of user creation works. The whole creation process is completed locally, and the application does not collect any facial data contained in user creation works.
Users shall independently bear all responsibilities for the authenticity, legality and compliance of imported photo materials, input creation content and generated visual works. If user creation behaviors cause intellectual property disputes or other inappropriate consequences, users shall bear all corresponding responsibilities independently. The application does not participate in user content creation and does not collect any facial data of users, so it does not bear joint liability for user non-compliant creation.
Vesora will regularly carry out local AI algorithm optimization, style template update and functional experience iteration according to user usage feedback. All version updates and function upgrades are completed through local resource replacement on the user device. No user local creation data will be read or uploaded during the update process. Service iteration and upgrade always adhere to local processing rules, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Individual functions of the application may be temporarily unavailable due to local program maintenance, version adaptation and equipment system compatibility optimization. The temporary adjustment of service functions will not affect the storage security of user local creation data. During all service adjustment cycles, the application still does not collect any facial data of users.
Vesora reserves the right to adjust and optimize the terms of this Agreement according to product function iteration and service upgrade. The updated agreement content will be displayed in the application interface for users to view. The user's continued use of the application's services after the update is deemed to accept the modified terms. Any agreement update will not change the core rule of local data processing and no facial data collection.
If users seriously violate the usage specifications stipulated in this Agreement and use the application for illegal creation and improper behaviors, Vesora has the right to terminate the user's right to use the application's services. After the service right is terminated, users can still independently clean up all local data generated by the application on their devices. The termination of service right will not trigger any facial data collection behavior, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
