This document standardizes all rules related to Vesora paid subscription plans, preferential mechanisms, subscription coin usage priority, exclusive user support privileges and privilege validity management. All users who purchase, activate or use Vesora paid subscription services shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all clauses of these Terms.
All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the local user device, and the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes it, so the application does not collect any facial data.
All subscription service verification, subscription coin deduction records, privilege activation logs and user creation data generated after users purchase Vesora subscription are completely processed and stored locally on the user device. No facial data or personal creation content will be acquired or reserved by the application in any subscription service scenario.
All paid value-added services of Vesora are developed based on the local AI visual creation system. The purchase and activation of subscription privileges will not change the application's local closed-loop data processing mode. All privilege identification, function unlocking and service verification are completed through local program operation. The application does not collect any facial data of users during the use of all subscription value-added services, and all related data only exist in the user's local device space.
Vesora subscription service is an exclusive paid privilege service for individual users and lightweight creators. Compared with free ordinary users, subscribed users can enjoy more preferential charging rules, priority service support and richer creation privileges. The application provides diversified subscription cycle options to meet users' short-term and long-term creation demands. All subscription service experience processes are completed locally, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
These Terms apply to all subscription plans launched by Vesora including weekly subscription, monthly subscription, semi-annual subscription and annual subscription. All behaviors such as subscription purchase renewal, subscription coin deduction and exclusive privilege use are subject to the constraints of these Terms. All subscription operation records are stored locally only, and the application does not collect any facial data or private usage information of users.
Vesora provides four standardized paid subscription cycles for users to choose independently, covering multiple usage cycles. The available subscription types include weekly subscription, monthly subscription, semi-annual subscription and annual subscription. Different subscription cycles correspond to graded preferential policies and exclusive privilege combinations, adapting to different frequency of user creation needs.
Vesora implements a long-cycle tiered discount rule for subscription services. All paid subscription modes enjoy exclusive preferential prices compared with single functional payment. The longer the subscription cycle purchased by users, the higher the discount intensity and the lower the average daily usage cost. Annual subscription enjoys the highest overall discount advantage, followed by semi-annual subscription, monthly subscription and weekly subscription in sequence. Users can obtain the maximum cost performance through long-term subscription. All preferential settlement data is calculated and recorded locally, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
The validity period of all subscription plans is calculated from the moment the user's local payment order takes effect. Weekly subscription is valid for seven consecutive natural days, monthly subscription for one complete natural month, semi-annual subscription for six consecutive natural months, and annual subscription for twelve consecutive natural months. All validity periods are based on the local time of the user device, and the subscription privileges are automatically activated after successful payment.
Subscription coin is an exclusive virtual benefit asset launched by Vesora for subscribed users. It is specially used for subscription service deduction, package renewal and preferential activity offset within the application. Subscription coins are only stored in the local data directory of the user device, with no external transaction, transfer or cashing functions, and only serve for the user's personal subscription service use. All subscription coin balance and consumption records are retained locally only, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
In all scenarios of Vesora subscription purchase, cycle renewal and preferential package activation, the system will automatically prioritize the use of the user's local subscription coin balance for deduction and settlement. When the subscription coin balance is sufficient to cover the service fee, no additional payment is required. When the balance is insufficient, users can make up the difference through official payment channels. The priority usage rule of subscription coins is permanently effective for all subscribed users.
User subscription coins are valid only during the active period of valid subscription privileges. Once the user's subscription expires and is not renewed, all unused subscription coin balances will be automatically and completely cleared by the local system without retention, accumulation or conversion. Users shall reasonably arrange the use of subscription coins during the valid subscription period. The whole coin clearing process is completed locally, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
All subscribed users can enjoy exclusive preferential billing benefits. Long-cycle subscription users can continuously enjoy platform exclusive discount subsidies and limited-time preferential activities. Compared with free users who pay for single functions separately, subscribed users can effectively reduce the comprehensive cost of local AI visual creation. All preferential billing records are stored locally, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Subscribed users enjoy full-scene priority service support rights. Users can preferentially experience the latest local AI algorithm upgrades, new cinematic style template updates and creation parameter optimization functions earlier than free users. In terms of problem feedback, function consultation and abnormal problem processing, subscribed users can obtain priority response and targeted professional support services.
Subscribed users can unlock exclusive high-quality creation privileges matching different subscription cycles, including richer portrait poster style templates, higher video generation definition, adjustable multi-range aspect ratios and longer dynamic video duration. All exclusive functions run based on local AI programs, helping users create high-quality social visual works. All exclusive creation behaviors are processed locally, and the application does not collect any facial data contained in user creation works.
All Vesora subscription plans adopt a default automatic renewal mechanism. Unless users actively turn off the automatic renewal function before the expiration of the current subscription period, the subscription service will be automatically renewed for the same cycle at the prevailing standard price upon expiration. Users authorize the official payment channel to complete automatic deduction.
After the subscription period expires without renewal, all exclusive privileges including preferential billing, priority support and subscription coin deduction qualification will be automatically terminated. All unconsumed subscription coins and unused exclusive creation quotas will be completely cleared locally without deferred retention. The user service mode will automatically revert to the basic free usage state. All expired data clearing behaviors are completed locally, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Users can actively renew or upgrade their subscription plans at any time during the valid subscription period. The renewed valid time will be automatically accumulated on the basis of the remaining time of the current subscription. After upgrading to a longer cycle subscription, users will immediately obtain higher-level preferential benefits and exclusive service privileges.
All Vesora subscription privileges and subscription coin benefits are limited to the user's personal non-commercial local creation use. Users are prohibited from transferring, reselling, leasing or gifting subscription qualifications and virtual benefits to any third party. Any unauthorized commercial trading of subscription rights is deemed invalid.
Subscribed users shall abide by Vesora User Agreement and usage specifications when using exclusive subscription privileges. Users are prohibited from using high-quality creation privileges to produce illegal, inappropriate and infringing works. All non-compliant creation behaviors and subsequent liabilities shall be independently borne by users. The application does not collect any facial data of users and does not bear joint liability for user non-compliant behaviors.
If users violate platform usage rules and conduct improper trading or illegal creation, Vesora has the right to terminate the user's subscription exclusive privileges in advance. After the privilege is terminated, the user will no longer enjoy preferential billing and priority support services. Privilege termination will not trigger any data collection behavior, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
All completed subscription payments and consumed subscription coin assets are final and non-refundable. The platform will not provide partial refunds, proportional refunds or credit replacements for unused subscription time, unconsumed creation quotas and residual virtual benefits. Users shall independently confirm the subscription cycle and payment amount before purchasing subscription services. The refund rule implementation process does not involve any user data reading and collection, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
Vesora reserves the right to optimize and adjust subscription plan prices, preferential rules, subscription coin usage mechanisms and exclusive privilege contents according to product function iteration. The updated terms will be displayed in the application interface for user viewing. Continued use of subscription services by users is deemed recognition of the updated terms. All term adjustments will always adhere to the local processing principle, and the application does not collect any facial data of users.
